Since my last post I have moved out of my home state. I am divorced and have full custody of my daughter. I have found a great man who loves me for who I am. Where I'm living now is MUCH colder than where I was from. I worked remote though so it wasn't too bad. Yesterday, I was laid off of my remote Project Coordinator GG "The Glad Gardener"http://www.blogger.com/profile/01042693117615155547noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4015367151071741882.post-43352049749038886382020-08-25T06:47:00.001-07:002020-08-25T06:47:18.921-07:00I'm Done I'm done. I'm done with so many things right now. I haven't slept well in weeks. Getting up super early, waking all night. Let me back track to a few weeks ago.....We were awarded a bunch of work for Subway installing pin pads into various locations. I saw that they have Santa Cruz and thought it would be a great time to mix that in with a little vacation. GG "The Glad Gardener"http://www.blogger.com/profile/01042693117615155547noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4015367151071741882.post-19599626276516399742020-07-24T19:05:00.002-07:002020-07-24T19:05:18.641-07:00The New Normal.... Working TogetherIt's been a really long two days. Not necessarily bad per-say but LONG. A while back Hubby and I were contacted to provide a quote for running cable from a new part of a warehouse (offices) to their server room. We took a look at things and provided a quote. I went through a long period in my life when I was younger being very negative thinking I was realistic. I look back now and realize it was negativity. I wonder how people could have wanted to spend time with me.
You see, when I was about Ladybug's age (12) and a tad older I lived at home with both my GG "The Glad Gardener"http://www.blogger.com/profile/01042693117615155547noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4015367151071741882.post-58711550607000580352019-04-12T19:47:00.002-07:002019-04-12T19:47:54.340-07:00And so... However, now I don't have any time to do other things that I NEED to do. I'm tired of life right now. I keep trying to see the positive and then I get knocked down repeatedly. We all do. We are all three is this situation that no one would want to be in. YES I know it could be worse. People DO have it worse than we do I know this. But enough is enough.

I just know that I feel the need to write down my thoughts, my frustrations. I really wish I didn't spend so much of my time feeling irritated.

It's hard to find balance in life in general but with kids... even harder. Lately, especially I feel like I'm struggling to find balance in my life. You see, since this stuff with Hubby happened I'm either working or with him. When I do find time to be home it's mostly chores and cleaning up. Ladybug has grown up into a beautiful 11 year old little girl and all the other kids have moved out of the house. We have moved to a new house, earlier this year and that was a trial. Since there are other things going on right now I feel the need to possibly begin Blogging again. Today was cake day at the new job and that
reminded me of the last time, three years ago, I was allowed to carry cake...
I
had worked at the bank for about 8 weeks when Bosses Day was approaching.
I had already been voted the "Money Girl" and made collections
for all occasions (Birthdays, Bosses Day, United Way Casual Days,

The other day I get a call from Ladybug while I
was at work, before she went to daycare. She says "Mommy how come
(Curious) George gets to ride in the front seat but I don't?" I said
"Well, Honey, Curious George is a cartoon monkey and they have different
car laws where he lives." Priceless

Back in
March, Ladybugs stuffed bunny (Bunny) had her 7 year birthday (yes we had a
party for her). That night as we were laying down for bed she said:
"Bunny is growing up."
I asked her "How does that make you feel?"
She replies "Kinda Sad."
I asked her why. She said "Well, I want Bunny to grow
up, but I really like her the way she is."

I am not proud of the time period that has gone by within this post... Anyway, here I go.
A week before Christmas, Ladybug stayed the week at my parents house. It was a much needed break for us to get some things straighten out at our house (I won't go into detail). This is the longest she's GG "The Glad Gardener"http://www.blogger.com/profile/01042693117615155547noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4015367151071741882.post-70107530331813534712012-02-03T18:38:00.001-08:002012-02-03T18:38:52.357-08:00ExplainationOK so before you jump to the conclusion that my poor little Ladybug is being misused somehow, let me explain.
Ladybug goes to a preschool that has 2-5 year old in the same class. They share a bathroom that has two toilets. So, I am sure at one point or another they have seen each others underwear etc.
However, this does not explain the comment when I showed Ladybug a GG "The Glad Gardener"http://www.blogger.com/profile/01042693117615155547noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4015367151071741882.post-8326523839517740242012-01-31T19:19:00.001-08:002012-01-31T19:22:07.434-08:00Words a Mother NEVER wants to hear her daughter say...

Ladybug will be 5 on Thanksgiving this year. We used to shower together (because it was easier), now she showers alone. Like any child she has some "problems" at times with her "Potty" (that's what she calls her vagina).
For instance, I would say 7 out of 10 times she will go potty and forget to wipe. She also likes to touch herself (again very normal for her age) and with GG "The Glad Gardener"http://www.blogger.com/profile/01042693117615155547noreply@blogger.com0
